The COMPUTE research school focuses on scientific discovery using computing, but in the widest sense, meaning any research using digital tools or e-Science for short. COMPUTE brings together partners from several different faculties at Lund University. The common theme for the activities of all these partners is the use of e-Science in driving research forward. Problems span all length scales from the microscopically small to the astronomically large and from pure basic research to applications of direct relevance for the challenges facing society today.
COMPUTE organises courses, seminars, workshops, and many other activities.
COMPUTE membership is open to all PhD students and employees at the Faculties of Science, Medicine, and Engineering at Lund University. To join, download and complete the following form:
Membership is free and there are no obligatory activities.
If you are from another faculty or from outside LU and want to join COMPUTE, please contact the study directors.
If you have any questions please email the COMPUTE Steering Group: firstname.lastname@example.org (NB. New email address as of 15 June 2021)
